1. Acceptable Use

By using Voxa, you agree to use the service for lawful purposes only. You may not use Voxa to generate replies that are harassing, discriminatory, fraudulent, or that violate any applicable laws. You are responsible for the content of the messages you paste and the replies you send.

2. Subscription Terms

  • Subscriptions are billed monthly and renew automatically.
  • You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Settings page.
  • Upon cancellation, you retain access to paid features until the end of your billing period.
  • After your billing period ends, your account reverts to the Free plan.
  • Prices may change with 30 days' notice.

3. Refund Policy

We offer a full refund if you contact us within 7 days of your initial purchase. After 7 days, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. To request a refund, email support@voxa-app.com with your account email and reason.

4. AI-Generated Content Disclaimer

Voxa generates reply suggestions using artificial intelligence. These suggestions are provided as-is and may not always be accurate, appropriate, or suitable for your specific situation. You are solely responsible for reviewing, editing, and approving any AI-generated content before sending it. Voxa is not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated replies.

5. Limitation of Liability

Voxa is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Voxa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months preceding the claim.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the messages you paste into Voxa. AI-generated replies are provided for your use and you may use them freely. The Voxa brand, logo, and service are owned by us and may not be reproduced without permission.

7. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of India. By using Voxa, you consent to the jurisdiction of these courts.
